The idea for the wall came from the building’s original wood panelling and cornicing, which had sadly been stripped bare in many of the rooms when the building was converted to offices by previous tenants. The band Palma Violets, who can often be found at Studio 180, have filmed a couple of their videos down in the basement, including ‘Step up for the cool cats’.
